By accessing and using BrowserShots ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

BrowserShots provides a web-based screenshot service that allows users to capture images of websites. The Service includes:

• Website screenshot generation for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• API access for automated screenshot capture (paid plans)
• Screenshot storage and management

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Capture screenshots of illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond approved API usage
• Capture screenshots for the purpose of phishing or fraud

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Webmint s.r.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Screenshots you create using our Service remain your property. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process these images as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

• Keep your API keys confidential
• Respect rate limits as defined in your plan
• Not resell API access without written permission
• Include appropriate attribution if required by your plan

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webmint s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webmint s.r.o. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
